About me: My background was originally in the Theatre, Ballet, and Opera world, where I worked as a designer and production manager for 30 years.
Acupuncture and Craniosacral therapy have been essential in helping me to manage the responsibilities of a stressful job whilst supporting me through many personal challenges throughout my life. Inspired by how integral these therapies became in my life, I decided to change direction in 2016 and began my studies in craniosacral therapy with Thomas Atlee at CCST in London.
In 2021, I continued my journey at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa, where I specialised in Traditional and Five Element Acupuncture. I completed a three-year degree level professional licentiate in Acupuncture,
Currently, I operate from my private practice in Hither Green, South East London, and I also serve as the Holistic Wellness specialist for the Park Hyatt River Thames hotel spa in Vauxhall.
I am passionate about helping people return to health and enabling them to live balanced lives again. I work closely with my patients to identify the root cause of their symptoms and tailor treatment plans, including to suit their specific needs.
Acupuncture
As a Classical acupuncturist, I have undergone extensive training in Chinese medical and acupuncture theory, particularly in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a focus on the Classical Five Element approach.
Recognizing the individuality of each patient, my method for providing acupuncture treatments involves crafting a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. During your initial consultation, I will create a detailed picture of your system and its interaction with the environment. This allows me to identify key areas of weakness or blockages that may be hindering your journey towards a balanced state of body and mind, especially concerning health issues and pain management.
Throughout the treatment process, my aim is to diagnose the root cause of your issues, enabling your body to naturally heal itself. For those seeking a more comprehensive healing approach, I also provide craniosacral therapy and cranial osteopathy to enhance your healing journey.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle approach that interacts with the body through light touch. During a therapy session, when a practitioner places their hands on you—similar to how a counsellor listens to your words—they become attuned to the signals your body is conveying.
The practitioner lightly touches areas such as your head and the base of your spine to promote relaxation, allowing your body to initiate necessary changes. This form of therapy is beneficial in releasing both physical and emotional trauma, providing a profound sense of being 'heard,' which leads to deeper insights into your health issues.
Craniosacral therapy can significantly impact conditions like migraines, chronic pain, and emotional support during life transitions.
